Pinot Noir DOC 2011 (Peter Zemmer)
Ruby red to garnet red in colour, the bouquet is typical of mature berries and sour cherries. 70% of the wine is aged for over 12 months in large French oak barrels with the remainder in small casks of French oak which are 2 - 3 years old and then additional ageing of 6 months in the bottle giving a soft, full bodied flavour rich in fruit.

Produced using 95% Vernaccia and 5% Chardonnay, this wine is delicate straw yellow in colour and is intense with lively acidity and lots of pure fruit. The palate is unmistakeably crisp with citric and green fruit notes with the classic Vernaccia character of almonds.
